Itinerary
Welcome to the Capital city of Spain. Upon arrival, private transfer by a luxury car, Mercedes or Audi, with an English-speaking driver. Accommodation in Madrid.
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a 2-hour private sightseeing tour of Madrid in a luxury car with an English-speaking driver. Explore iconic landmarks like the Royal Palace, Sabatini Gardens, Campo del Moro, San Francisco El Grande Church, Paseo del Prado fountains, Toledo Bridge, Prado Museum, and Puerta de Alcalá. End in the historic Austrias neighborhood, known for its narrow streets and local shops.
In the afternoon, savor a 2-hour private tapas and tavern tour with a food and wine expert guide. Discover authentic Spanish flavors at a traditional tasca and one of Madrid’s oldest taverns, including tapas and drinks. Accommodation in Madrid included.

This morning you will learn to cook the most famous Spanish dishes in a funny Shared Paella or Tapas cooking lessons (4h). Learn to cook the most famous Spanish dish: Paella or Tapas. The classes are very active, since the teamwork is needed to prepare the recipes. The kitchen is decorated and equipped like a modern domestic kitchen which will make customers learn in an environment similar to their home kitchen, so recipes are easily repeatable once back home. The morning class (paella) includes the visit to a local market and paella, gazpacho and sangria cooking class. During the afternoon class (tapas), 6 traditional recipes and sangria are cooked. The recipes are: potato omelette, patatas bravas, garlic prawns, chorizos in cider, tumaca bread with Serrano ham and Catalan cream.

Buffet breakfast and you will enjoy a Shared Toledo regular tour with Cathedral (5h). Join a half-day tour to the beautiful city of Toledo. Stroll around its Old Town, dive into its history and discover a perfect mix of Arab, Jewish and Christian cultures. Follow your guide through the city cobbled-streets until you reach the Cathedral. Built on the remains of an Arab mosque, its construction started in the 13th century. Today, it is one of the most important Gothic Cathedrals of Spain. Visit its interior and Sacristy, full of masterpieces such as paintings by El Greco. At the end of the guided tour, you will have a short free time to enjoy the city at your own pace before returning to Madrid. Accommodation in Madrid
